Kripalu Yoga
Kripalu Yoga, stemming from the teachings of Swami Kripalu and brought to America in the 1960s by his disciple Yogi Amrit Desai, emphasizes how you practice as much as how you live your life. Kripalu Yoga promotes a commonsense practice that is accessable to everyone and encourages you to listen to your body, the ultimate authority. You will find pranayama, asana, and "meditation-in-motion" in Kripalu Yoga classes
I teach classes with all age and fitness levels. The focus is always on what is right for YOUR body.
These classes can be presented as private sessions, group classes, and customized workshops.
